OMNICHROMA BLOCKER & OMNICHROMA BLOCKER Flow are supplemental packable or flowable products that can be used interchangeably as opaquing material to mask discoloration, stains, or build a lingual shelf in cases where not enough tooth structure is present, ensuring optimal shade matching where needed.
OMNICHROMA BLOCKERs are resin composites with pigments & dyes added to supplement opaquing. All etching and bonding protocols remain the same when using OMNICHROMA BLOCKERs.

OMNICHROMA works by manipulating light and reflecting the shade of the tooth it has been bonded to through its uniform spherical fillers. In cases where there is a lack of tooth structure, OMNICHROMA BLOCKER works as a supplemental product. It provides a lingual wall to the restoration, prevents shade-match interference, and masks staining or access holes.
OMNICHROMA BLOCKER thickness depends on the case. The standard is 0.5 – 1 mm, just enough to mask the discoloration. For an opaquer result, layer OMNICHROMA BLOCKER slightly thicker. For a more translucent result, layer OMNICHROMA BLOCKER slightly thinner. Once the OMNICHROMA BLOCKER is placed, OMNICHROMA will shade match the tooth as if bonded to natural enamel.
Tip:
OMNICHROMA BLOCKERs are always used as a base layer. When layered with OMNICHROMA composites, the restoration will mask staining and match natural tooth structure.
